Cabinet approves Easy e-Receipt, tax deduction 2025, maximum 50,000 baht

Today (24 Dec 2024), Mr. Chulaphan Amornvivat, Deputy Minister of Finance, revealed that the Cabinet meeting approved the Easy e-Receipt 2.0 measure, which is spending on goods and services to reduce taxes, with a slight change in the criteria. The first part is 30,000 baht for spending at general stores, and the second part is 20,000 baht for community enterprises and OTOP shops. The project period is from 16 Jan - 28 Feb 2025, and the said tax invoice can be used to reduce personal income tax in the 2025 tax year.
